The furniture was totally wrong for us seniors: high table and chairs, a sofa that put us so far down that it was nearly impossible to get up. The "smart" television was too tricky to navigate. All we needed were the basic channels."

The property managers were friendly and responsive. This studio apartment is on a large property just outside of town. Easy to get to the great restaurants and cute shopping in Mount Dora as well as quite a few parks and hiking trails. Our dog had as good of time as I did as there was lots of room for taking walks and playing...

You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. "Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."
