"Myself and a few friends stayed here for the night to celebrate my birthday. It was a super cute space and very clean! Looks EXACTLY like the pictures shown here. We were also worried it would be too small, however, it was the perfect amount of space for 10 people to comfortably celebrate inside. We had 4 people spend the night and there was enough room for us to sleep comfortably. "Communication was excellent before, during and after the trip. On Street parking was great. Location was perfect, easy to get to highway, walk to breakfast at Bacon Social or Starbucks. House was small but very accommodating. No stove/oven but had everything else. Bed was very comfortable. Had a wonderful experience here."

"My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
