"Great home for a big family or friends group stay. House is was perfect size for 7 couples with fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. Host was excellent with his response times and accommodated all our needs. Location is very central and few nice pubs around the corner. I would recommend The Odd Fellows pub. Wish weather was better and we had another day of stay to enjoy the snooker table and hot tub too and outdoor area. "

Easy access to the local park and to the river paths, and there was always something going on around the locks to watch or get involved with. The house was wonderfully comfortable for the times we were just in and relaxing, and everything we needed was there. With the pub/music venue next door, and the fairground over the basin, I'm not sure what the noise levels would be like during a normal peak season, but for the...
