"I went to the cape with my dog, so had limited places to pick from. I took a chance on this place, and it really was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, very safe, nice pool, close to beaches and restaurants, and overall a lovely quiet property. Next door to mini golf and clam shack, and food on property as well-if you travel with kids it is ideal. The only drawback is that it's right on route 6 which is a mini highway for the cape. The only noise all week was from the traffic whizzing by. I assume putting up bushes or a fence is zone prohibited, but it would help to block out the traffic from this perfect getaway. I would definitely stay again and look forward to next season!"

"Great location on the cape! Staff was friendly and easy check in and out. We only stayed one night and needed only basics. If you are looking for more than a clean bed and bathroom this may not be the place for you. "

"Really well situated if you want to bike the rail trail! We liked the room (no carpet!) with the comfy bed, the staff was nice and the pool was refreshing. Even if there was no breakfast options, we liked to have access to juice at any time, and found good breakfast options around easily. Not super walkable to go out for dinner as there is a sidewalk on only one side of the road and the cars are passing fast, but easy to find spots around to eat within 10 mins walk or 2 mins car. "
