The property was as advertised, a tiny cottage which was sort of like a studio apartment—the bed took up most of it but it had a good sized full bathroom, a kitchen area with a full sized fridge, microwave, and toaster oven and basic stuff like oil, salt, pepper, etc. It also had a coffeemaker with about 4 different options for filters, but no actual grounds provided. There is an outdoor space with a grill that I didn’t use, so can’t comment on. The bed was sufficiently comfy, there was a dresser to put my clothes in so my bag didn’t take up precious space, and parking and entry were easy. The property manager is a company so there is a website they send you to in order to register completely, which makes things a tiny bit more complicated, but if you have basic tech savviness, you should be just fine navigating that. Otherwise it was pretty easy for me to access the rail trail via bike within a few minutes and to get to Provincetown by car in around 20 minutes. Overall, would stay here again if I am just looking for a comfy place to settle in/read a book in the evening/sleep.
