"The entire property is beautifully maintained, showing great attention to detail. Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style, with a plush, comfortable bed adorned with crisp, freshly laundered sheets that had a clean, welcoming scent. The daily housekeeping staff does an excellent job, consistently going above and beyond with thorough cleaning and friendly service. We booked a package that included a complimentary breakfast each morning, and to our surprise, we also received a $40 dinner credit—about $10 per night—which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main sights, shops, and outdoor activities, just a few minutes' drive from the Welcome Center. Parking is plentiful, well-lit, and feels secure, giving us peace of mind. The onsite restaurant offers a limited menu focused on sit-down dining; if you’re after a buffet or more extensive options, it might not be the best fit. There’s also a small store that sells souvenirs and travel essentials—very handy for last-minute shopping or picking up essentials for your stay."

"Breakfast was amazing for an included breakfast. Rooms were very spacious. We got a room overlooking the indoor pool which was perfect for having kids. It’s a little noisy though inside if you’re not interested in the pool. Great spot in the heart of pigeon forge."

The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are equally impressive. The outdoor pool, complete with a waterfall and charming bridges, is beautiful, while the indoor pool is perfectly heated and comfortable. The presence of Santa Claus is a particularly delightful touch for families traveling with children, adding even more magic to the experience. Every detail contributes to an unforgettable stay. This is much more than just a hotel; it is an experience in itself. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates a festive atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.
