"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"The apartment was in a lovely location—nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. "The place was great. Amazing .. very open. Spacious. I can not say anything negative. The village house is in a side street. Very very very quiet. The a/c worked well. It was extremely hot. There was amazing cave restaurant across the street. Comunications wirh the owner was great. This is a modern way to stay in a real Italian village. The area is amazing. And thank you for the 2 big things that you did. Maybe I will stay here again in the future. I am thinking about coming back. "
