"This was a great vacation experience! Houseboat are so awesome! Chincoteague is beautiful, so much to do! We will be back, will stay a full week, this was one of the best vacation! "

"Property was slightly run down and had no driveway (just grass). It was in a great neighborhood with a beautiful view. We had to take the trash 15 minutes south when leaving (in the opposite direction of home for us). It was good enough for us to relax and cook but a slight bit expensive for its outdated condition though."

"We had a great trip. House has an awesome location right by the public beach. House is set up for kids and very comfortable for a few families. Convenient parking for cars and golf carts with a private driveway and two empty garage bays. "

"This charming, coastal themed cottage was conveniently located to Assateague Island, Wallops Island, and Chincoteague! It was clean, gave abundant information on the area, and in a quiet location. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at our home away from home for a reasonable price!"

"Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Did a day at the wildlife refuge and spent some time on the beach. Plan to come back and enjoy another stay. "

"Wanted a private place on the water, pictures don’t show a new home built directly behind this house. The fire pit and hot tub are basically in the front yard of the new house. If privacy aren’t an issue and great views are all the matters then this place is perfect."
