"Fantasitc property backing onto the sea. Direct access to sea was a joy. Garden area is so nice its tempting to go nowhere else! If you like swimming and snorkeling and relaxing, this is ideal. Giorgio provided excellent advice and assistance on the app. Property was very well equipped and comfortable. Only downside was that eating out in locale was quite expensive. Local supermarket also very expensive but if you drive 8km you can get incredible quality food and drink at Supermarkets like any...

"Property was in a good location, although distances were longer to the town due to road layout, so anyone with mobility issues must take into account, also on a hill. Taxi's are almost non existent and are very expensive. once conversations were established with Joe communication very good. The area is spectacular and if you do research on Restaurants and Agritourisms you will find some excellent food Highly recommend the Brazillian restaurant n Myrta Maria, Agritourism Osteria Dell Maria....

"Lovely property with cool sub terranean rooms as well as lovely outdoor eating and playing areas. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away with several great restaurants nearby. We loved it"

"We all absolutely loved our stay at Roberto's villa. The views are even more impressive than the photos and the garden is bigger than it looks. The layout, with a separate suite accessed from it's own stairs worked really well for our family and the seating areas comfortably took us all. Roberto very kindly helped us with a pick up at the airport and arranged a taxi for some of our party to return. He is an excellent host. "The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "
