"We had an amazing time at this location. Our experience here was genuinely incredible the staff was beyond friendly very helpful we in need. A very welcoming place. We had a taxi driver that was called too us anywhere we were at by the hotel his last name was terry highly recommend. Overall highly recommended and will come again."

"You can fly directly to San Juan del Norte (Greytown), take a five minute boat ride to the lodge, and stay right in the middle of a 4,500 sq km bioreserve. We flew into San Carlos and took a 6-7 hour boat trip down the river to SJN. Patricia was knowledgeable, informative, and quick to respond in helping me to organize arrival and departure details. "These guys take care of everything. Make sure you book the ocean front with the plunge pool. Not all bugaloos have pools. The hotel pool is gorgeous too and the entire island is a photo op. Gorgeous. Snorkeling is decent. 2 big Nurse sharks and a stingray. Lots of tropical fish. Beach is gorgeous food is great! Definitely plan to return soon."
