"The front desk staff person at the hotel stayed on the phone with me when my GPS sent me to the wrong location and I had no idea where the hotel was located or how far I was from getting to the hotel. But her directions proved to be very helpful that evening that I checked in."

Hollywood Casino at Greektown

"Mother and daughter stayed here for one night for a concert. This was our first ever event in Detroit, Drove up from southern Indiana. Easy access to and from the interstate. Walkable to the venue. No real issues, except for a very crowded elevator lobby after the show and busy valet parking staff during check in. It took a while to get back up to our room due to the elevator demand after the show. Coffee shop on site was a nice amenity. Free parking was a nice amenity. Did not visit the casino while we were in town due to short length of stay. Would’ve been convenient, however, since the elevator stops on the floor that connects to it. Found a nice Greek restaurant nearby. Good security in that general area was noted. Would feel safe to make the same trip again."
