"The woman who helped us check in was so professional and patient and helped as we had problems with our cards due to the bank locking them because we were traveling. She helped us solve the problem and get our room. She put us next to the dog walking area since we had our little Buddy with us, which was so convenient. The room was clean and spacious EXCEPT the mold all around the caulking at the bottom of the inside of the shower. Needs fresh caulk. Other than that, great place and a nice view of the beautiful hills of Corbin."

"Welcome was fine and the room and breakfast choices were good. Only question I had is why the front door remained locked after 7 AM when many people were trying to load up their luggage and found the front door locked but only the side doors could be entered into with a room key. ."

"Hello The room was clean the balcony was awesome. Needed to have a small frig in the room that was disappointing, and the children running on the second floor was challenging at 6 am. but other than that we enjoyed out stay The pool was excellent."

"The Comfort Inn was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. They hadn't turned the lights on when it became dark, but immediately rectified the problem. The breakfast was good. A good variety."

"Very easy check in and check out, All of the staff I came into contact with was very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean. The extras in the room were great. Plus a big parking garage is right beside the entrance into the hotel. This is the only place I will stay while visiting Pikeville in the future."

"Room had the basics: clean room and sheets, adequate towels, hairdryer, offered shampoo but not conditioner, minifridge with good small freezer component, wifi/TV worked well. No staff onsite but did not need them (staff at realty comapany at local store). Basics, clean, heat/AC work well without being noisy. Area= small settlement in mountains but has good BBQ restaurant. Would return again but bring food for lunch breakfast."
