Wife and I had a blast for a last minute quick getaway after some other plans fell through. Took a day trip to decorah and explored and gambled a bit at the casino near by. They have a website with other cabins might look to return again over the summer with my older college and high school kids as the cabin was huge for the two of us. "It was a second vacation for us in this property (7 years ago), nothing changed the train was the most worst part of our vacation. Not enough sheets for living room bed, we found only 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillow case. There were a lot of coffee, creamers and other stuff, towels and sheets were clean, plenty of shower stuff. Very ease and quick communication with the host. Thank you so much !"

"This cabin and property were a perfect choice for our fishing getaway. We were a little concerned about the available space for 4 large adults in the cabin as well as two boats and two trucks, but everything turned out great. Cabin ended up being perfect. Location to the boat ramp was really good and we were able to fit our boats and trucks at the location. My husband and I had a few nights of a mini honeymoon here to get away from life stressors, anyone we know, and disconnect from our phones to settle into marriage- this cabin was exactly what we were looking for and more! Visiting the small businesses in both towns of Lansing and McGregor was a blast- I highly suggest chatting with the locals! We hope to stay here again soon to be able...

"It is a beautiful cabin in a peaceful country setting. The hottub was a wonderful treat! Plenty of room for 6 adults and room to spare. Very comfortable beds, which is always a p!us!!!! Looking forward to going back in the summer or fall and enjoying the cement pond!"
