"My wife and I have stayed here many times. The property is always impeccably maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. All of our needs are met all the time. A special thank you to Visna. The breakfast is great and the evening menu is delicious as well. We highly recommend Le Relais. "

Waking up to the cool weather and misty scenery makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. It is a perfect place to escape the city, enjoy nature, and feel calm and refreshed throughout the stay."

"The hotel was a good deal for the money, but not near downtown. There was AC, but it wasnt able to cool the room below 80 degrees F. Food was good at a fair price. Good budget option."

"Shower not good"

"I would not return here or recommend it. We had 3 nights booked but didn’t use the 2nd night as we were in the jungle (we only stored some luggage). The cleaning person didn’t give new towels or clean our bathroom, empty trash etc. while we were gone. The pool was not functioning and there are no spa services as advertised. Most of the food was not available at the restaurant for dinner. It is a ways out of town. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever encountered. I never give bad reviews but this place needs an overhaul. "
