"We loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Ines. We were a little early, but were allowed to check in. The employee working the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. No problem at all. They had someone to bring up our bags. We had a view of the Alhambra just as advertised with a nice sitting area. We were about a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra which is why we came (I would recommend taking a cab if you are going. Only about 5 minutes by taxi and avoids walking up significant hills; we learned the hard way, but at least we got our steps in :)...The walk to the main plaza from the hotel is only about 10 minutes which was great too. When we checked out the front desk called us a taxi which arrived within minutes.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I go back to Granada"

"The hotel was perfect and in a good location. Clean spacious room. The rooftop pool was lovely with most wonderful views. And both pool bar and Santa Anna bars served a good range of drinks at good prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again "

Hotel is 5 mins walk from Alhambra palace which was a plus and there was a bus right outside that would take us to the central area which was great, Otherwise we would be trekking up hill for at least 20 mins on the return journey which we did on our first day. Yes, the view from the patio restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend the hotel. Great selection of breakfast items. "

"Brilliant location with Cathedral almost within touching distance and well located for old town, food and shops. Alhambra easily walkable too (uphill in 40C heat albeit tough!) Great service from staff capped an amazing stay in Granada"

"Lovely property with very friendly staff. The only issue was the you could hear chairs moving in the mornings from floors above. Recommend booking a room on top floor. "
