"We had a wonderful stay! The room is comfortable, everything very new and clean. The staff was kind and very helpful! We used the laundry service and it was great. The hotel is very close to the touristic center of Hermanus (walking distance). The breakfast was also very good! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were great. In the off season (early June) things seemed a bit sparse for our family time. We had hoped the “two playrooms” and outdoor activities advertised would be full of options for a getaway, but they were drab and had just a few options functional and required a small cost. The same on the grounds—the playground was fine, but dated and on damp days not worth much. We did walk across the N2 to the farm stall and had a nice time there! The room was good,...

"Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. "
