"We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm the day we arrived until 3pm the following day (even though checkout of the room was 10am). Everything was great."

"It would have been convenient to be able to have a sandwich or some bar food other than having to go outside. Otherwise v good and would stay again and staff very helpful."

"Everything was great, room was very clean and the breakfast was freshly made. Staff were all very kind, polite and friendly. The only disadvantage is that in the room was a bit hot during my stay. However, I have to admit the temperature was much higher than expected at this time in the area. "

"The hotel though old had a certain charm and we were made to feel welcome during our stay. The room was cozy but plenty of storage. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well during the stay especially as I'm a fussy sleeper. Breakfast was good with both continental and cooked on offer. Dinner was equalling good, I can throughly recommend the burger. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Chris (restaurant manager) who looked after us at meal times. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you"
