I called and Nester provided me with the information I needed and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When I arrived later that day I saw him. He and Ana greeted me and provided an excellent check in experience. 10 out of 10. They even told me about the shuttle which was able to take me to my location in the morning. "

"We checked in very late due to flight delays, and even at 3.30 am, the receptionist made us feel very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us comfortable, with water right away and walked us to the elevator. Our breakfact was awesome, the lady at the omlet bar was very accomodating, and kept reminding me to serve myself some warm syrup for the pancakes she made hot toorder! A very caring staff all around."
