"The girl at the front desk was the same one most of the days we were there. We stayed 5 nights. She was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. There was one morning that there was a lot of yelling and drama from an employee outside our room at 6:30 in the morning. I didn’t appreciate that. I let the front desk know I was not pleased.
