"Professional staff and the manager is a rock star! My daughter forgot something at the room and we only realized after we got home 4 hours later. Manager was super helpful, was able to get the housekeeping crew to retrieve the item and so nice to ship to us once I provided a shipping label! I'm forever grateful!"

"We had a wonderful check in person! When we arrived at the motel, we needed a room on the bottom floor since we are both in our 70'. At the time the only room available was on third floor. The elevator was out of order, and my wife has a very hard time handling stairs. We needed to run to the hospital to see our recently born grandchild. When we came back, she was able to give us a room on the first floor. She was AWESOME! Plus, I might add the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure the new room was clean."
