"People asking for money while trying to get to room, people outside room all night. No toilet paper or towels in room. Dead bugs on floor in bathroom.floors in room were dirty. Curtains were broke. Lights had no light bulbs that worked."

"The best part of the stay was "Janet" at the front desk. She was able to get us an extra room once we determined we couldn't put 4 adults into a room with only 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Plus she knew all the great places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. I will stay again at this location because she giving us above and beyond service."
