The reason why, I usually book flights with Expedia, but no hotels. If you could fix this issue, and find a solution with Hilton, Marriott, etc. to let your customers get their loyalty program points, at par with your cost for allowing this quoted separately, Expedia would get more business from...

"The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get our group adjoining rooms, gave us suggestions in the area, and overall just super friendly. Pleasantly surprised by the complimentary food and drink in the executive lounge. Very convenient to the lake, riverwalk, Public Market, etc. Would definitely stay again."

"It’s the closest hotel to Lake Michigan and is a ten minute walk to the Milwaukee Art Museum. The dining at Stella Van is Buren in the hotel was outstanding."

While there was a coffee machine, there were no items to use it with. Nor was there any information in the room as to what the hours would be for breakfast."

"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"
