"My son’s varsity football team played in Tawas Labor Day weekend. So we made a trip of it. Love the location. A little bit from town but just the right amount. Although we wish the
beach
access was more sand than rock, we still enjoyed a few hours down there. Beds were comfortable. It was a hot weekend and air conditioning would have made it a bit more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time there for a quick two day trip:)"

is right there! Water is is clear and shallow, 6 yr old grandbaby loved it! Cabins are far apart, firepits for each. Table and chairs on the deck, your own picnic table. The room in the back of the house with all the windows, best spot in the house! The sun sets right in front of you, its amazing. Door to the deck is right there, morning coffee with that view! "I have stayed here multiple times now and it's always great each and every time! Clean, comfortable rooms and a cozy feeling. Friendly staff, free breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. The beach is very spacious, sunrises are beautiful to watch here. They even have picnic tables and fire pits out in the beach area. This is my go-to place for when I visit the Oscoda area!"
