Important Community Rules and Regulations:

In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 2 business days before check-in.

The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.

Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $30 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Indoor Areas:
This 3,000 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax, including a downstairs game room, two living rooms, and a spa room. Comfortably sleeping 10 guests, the home can accommodate up to 12 adults with two full-sized futon sofas.

Primary living room, kitchen, dining room area, spa room
One full bathroom (shower/jacuzzi)
Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed, entrance to the master bathroom, and spa room.

The home includes 8 amenity badges, allowing up to 8 guests to use the community amenities at the same time. Please plan accordingly if your group is larger.

Parking:
There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
The garage is not available.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside of the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book
No groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
