"Con's (The 1st Room) * The hallway smelled like a cross between a moldy shower, something that died and has been sitting for months in the hot sun, cigarette smoke, weed, and a wet dog. I don't even know if cleaning the carpet would help. * The bathroom had a hairball the size of a golf ball underneath the door. Paint was peeling, outlets that only half worked and the ones that did work, you had to be an Olympic gymnast to get to or borrow someone's toddler since they would be small enough to maneuver through the maze to get to the plug. * The TV jack was pulled out from the wall. (And somehow no one noticed) * The AC did not work Pro's * Mike at the front desk took pity and moved my husband and I to another room that was much better even though it was still on the same stinky floor, but at least in this room everything worked and was not gross. Would I stay here again? Probably not. We travel several times a year and we really don't require much, however if the place overall looks, feels, and smells dirty I won't be back."

"Great house. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds, fully stocked with household amenities. Cons: 1. This is an Estate property. The amount of information you need to provide after booking is excessive. Name, date of birth, year, make, model of vehicles and all guest. 2. Upon arrive the check in process at the tiny office is chaotic. Long vehicle lines. You must produce ID and a copy of each vehicles registration. You need a pass to go in and out of the estate.3. A limit on the number of vehicles allowed at the property (regardless of how many guests there are). 4. Too many restrictions on what you can and cannot do at the hse. 5. I didn’t like hauling garbage cans to and from the curb for garbage day, or starting laundry before I left. Way too much to do when I paid a cleaning fee. If you have no issues with the cons, you will love the house itself. The host made every effort to be helpful. "

"Great size room, great amenities. I would have liked a full regular coffee instead of empty when I got down there 20 minutes after breakfast opened instead of empty, but otherwise breakfast was good"

"Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants."

"A great stay, clean house with plenty of room, the games room was a good hit with the 11 soldiers who stayed. The area was quiet enough for privacy, but local enough to have access to fuel/food etc. A great overall stay and would fully reccomend this booking. "
