"The Hilton Hotel personnel are extremely polite, courteous and responsive. The property is well maintained. Definitely liked the Executive lounge and the "multi media show" in the Main Lobby. We used valet Parking. I think the retrieval of your car by the Valets should be quicker. If you use Valet, expect it to take from 20-30 minutes for your car to arrive. Next time I will self-park and walk, as it is slightly less expensive, but definitely quicker. "

"The staff was friendly and fast. The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's near downtown and clear to many restaurants and 8 minute drive to America's Dome, which is where we were going. Overall wonderful stay. Free hot breakfast was nothing special but perfect as something included. Highly recommend"

"My wife an I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency by the Gateway Arch. We came in from Nashville for a baseball game. The stadium is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Safe area. It was really nice to be able to bring our dogs. The National Park across the street offers a great place to walk the pups. Very dog friendly area. Hotel staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. 5 stars from us. Oh!!! And Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was fantastic! Jazz is a great server and highly recommended!"
