Oceanfront cottage on Spring Hill Beach with open Living Room, kitchen and dining combination. Clean, cozy, and classic beach cottage. A wonderful place to get away from the pressures of daily life, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of nature...birding, fishing and beachcombing just out the door. Relax on the large wrap around deck, with views to the south of the tidal marsh and to the north of Cape Cod Bay.
The world of sun and sand beckons from every corner of this beachfront home. The first floor of this home provides plenty of space for the family to gather, with a living area with a TV and dining table for 6. The kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking needs and island for that extra counter space.
Also included on the first floor is a full bathroom with a stall shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience that can be found in the living room closet. There is a window A/C that keeps the entire main level nice and cool.
A center staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and a jack and jill half bathroom.
Bedroom one has a King bed and bedroom two has a twin trundle. Both rooms have amazing views and window A/C's to keep you cool.
The spacious deck overlooks the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean so you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. On the deck you will find a gas grill facing the marsh and an enclosed outdoor shower below the deck to wash off your sandy toes.
*Please Note: This property is accessed via an unpaved road that, while generally accessible, may experience rare flooding during exceptionally high tides due to its proximity to the marsh. We recommend using a suitable vehicle and planning accordingly based on the tide

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
