"The appearance of the lobby does not match the photo. The lobby was dingy and beaten up. The extra decorations (wood Welcome sign, floral wreath) looked junky. Elevator was dirty."

Its the main thing I look for when getting a hotel, because of the convenience. They advertise that there is a breakfast, when in fact there is not! I'm not a big complainer but, I should have picked somewhere else and will next time."

"The room was perfect and clean and big. When they say handicapped accessible they mean it. Even the beds were an appropriate height to meet the needs of the person with us that needed the handicapped accessible features. The pool was clean and warm also. We will definitely be staying here again."
