"We had a lovely stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious so we could all spread out. We were glad to have a nice warm house to stay in because the weather was terrible! I also went swimming in the warm pool even though it was 60 and raining! Would highly recommend."

"This place was one of the best parts of my stay on LI. It is tucked away on a beautiful stretch of property but still close to central locations making it easy to go out for provisions. "Wow! I have heard about the Hamptons all my life and finally got to visit there last weekend. Not only was the house as beautiful and charming as the pictures represented, but the host was wonderful and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. And the house was located in a great part of town where we could walk to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this house as a place to stay in the Hamptons - it has everything we needed and more!"

"We've found that fall is a great time to visit the North Fork and the property was the perfect place for relaxing. Even when the weather was bad, we had the indoor fireplace to add ambiance and then the outdoor firepit when the weather cleared up. The views are fantastic and so nice to sit outside and relax at night. Had a couple of quick questions come up but got responses very quickly and it didn't interrupt the trip. We had a great time."

"We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done. "
