"The house was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our visit. The view from the yard was breathtaking of the bay and there was lots to do with the kids during our visit. It was very family friendly with lots of board games, and a trampoline for the kids to play. It was close to everywhere that we wanted to go. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that we paid to have a late check out and the cleaning company showed up at 10 am, it took phone calls to Red Sands and showing confirmation texts to the cleaning company. Light in hallway at top of stairs not working. The vent for the stove was filled with grease and the basement is in need to a dehumidifier. Despite those issues, the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. The welcome package on the entry table was a nice touch. We would stay again!"

"Our stay was good, no problems, visual description of property not accurate. Everything in house worked. Earwig bugs infested house, basement too damp. Too many mosquitoes on property, needs work on property, clear trees and remove standing water. House needs TLC. too many fans and dehumidifiers needed. Mini split heat pump main floor and basement would solve a lot of moisture and bug issues. All told, 7/10 rating"
