"Spent a night here on the way back from a week of tent camping in Acadia national park. Just needed someplace where we could shower and sleep in a bed and this place fit the bill for my family of 6. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Our only disappointment was we couldn't stay longer! The amenities were amazing and the lake was extremely quiet and peaceful. The hosts left a basket of smores supplies and plenty of firewood for us to enjoy in the evenings! The property was spotless and easy to access. We are already talking about when we can come back! Just beautiful!"

"We used the cabin as a home base to explore Acadia while having a fun and beautiful place to come back and see the sunsets and sunrises on the water. The little heater was enough to keep us warm during the chilly fall week we were there. Was a great spot for the two of us!"

"Our stay could not have been better, as the cabin offers everything you need for a great family vacation. We were amazed by the view of the lake, and all the facilities that the cabin had. Everything was found clean and in order, and the cabin felt very cozy as well! The owner and property manager are very attentive. Overall, I fully recommend the cabin, as it was the perfect place to stay for our vacation, specially in the summer. "

"We can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Scott's cottage. It's lovely, the lake is beautiful and peaceful. There is enough around that you can get any place you want to go (meals, hikes, drinks, bookstore, etc) without too much trouble, but there's a canoe, crystal clear swimming water, books, and more at the cabin... so you don't really even need to bother going anywhere. 10/10 would stay again"
