Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

"Staff was generally marvelous. Well trained, knowledgeable, and glad to serve. This was true of the hotel staff and especially true of the catering staff in the meeting rooms. Barbara in catering and Oscar in La Fontaine were particulalrly delightful. Food and beverage were of excellent quality and presentation throughout. Clean, spacious room. Useful steamer, but no other amenities of note in the room. Would stay again if convention located within the hotel. The branded restaurants within the hotel are independent from the hotel. So their quality of service and management varies widely. La Fontaine (part of the hotel?), Mother Wolf and Komodo offer premium experiences. I suggest avoiding Kyu in Vegas. You'll be much better served in NYC or Miami. Management is poorly trained and places little value on relationships or the customer experience."

"The rooms are large and clean. Generally quiet. I have stayed many times and it can get loud in room close to the swimming pool and next to elevators, storage areas, etc. Love the bathroom and black out shades in the rooms. Love the coffee place, closes at 9 pm but opens at 2 am. For those that like to gamble, go somewhere else. The last few times there, the slots were terrible."
