"You have the opportunity to attend a graduation party at the Hamptons, where everyone had to find their own accommodations. The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. Not to mention accommodating due to last-minute change in schedule."

"This cottage is so adorable and just a short walk to the beach and a local convenience store. This makes it easy to park the car and just walk to get coffee and such. We stayed in October so not much open this time of year, but we were in the area for a family wedding so not much time to hang out anyway. "Enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and location. Note: House and grounds are very nice but not easy to get around if you are elderly and have problems walking.We were in our late sixties/early seventies, not easy getting up to second floor. Low ceilings and doors difficult for 6 ft people. We love the antiques, pantry and great supplies."

"We loved our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is located a few minutes from the sound. We wished we have driven there sometimes but the parking lot is only for residents with permits, so we walked. The property overlooks Goldsmith inlet. We saw a lot of wildlife including swans and a deer which walked right through the back yard. The owner left a bottle of wine which was very nice and allowed for early check in and late check out. We would love to come back."

"I was in the area for my niece's college graduation at Wesleyan University and loved the chance to explore this beautiful part of the country. Being so close to the water in Old Saybrook was amazing, and the house itself was both fresh and cozy. The hosts were very responsive, and the only issue (which they acknowledged in advance) was that a portion of the fence was missing, due to a recent storm. That said, they were up front and apologetic, knowing that I'd booked because my dogs were along....

"We had a wonderful weekend in Montauk. The cabin was perfectly situated on the lake. Coffee outside each morning while sitting on the outdoor chairs on the grassy bank in the brilliant sunshine was just what we needed. A trip to the beach for a day on Saturday was easy and accessible. Restaurants were enjoyable on the bay. The cabin itself is clean, bright, airy, and cozy. Danny was extremely accommodating and accessible!"
