In Kotronas, Eastern Mani, our home is housed in the village’s old olive mill, built in 1918. The renovation respected the building’s original layout and history, preserving the unique character of the old mill.



In the private courtyard, the authentic millstones remain as decorative features, a reminder of the property’s olive oil heritage. Enjoy your coffee among the plants or unwind after a day at the sea.



Just a 5-minute walk away is Skopa’s double beach: a pebbled strip connecting the mainland to a small peninsula, with crystal-clear turquoise waters on both sides.



A playground is located right across from the house. Nearby, you’ll find traditional tavernas and a mini market, while the area is ideal for walks and excursions to Mani’s villages.
