"Great location, has the potential to be great but... When I book a room it's because I need a bed for the night, I like that bed to be of a standard not some hard cheap mattress. And while there you expect the place to be clean, not like someone has just eaten a meal off the carpet. Also when booking for 5 people I expect 5 towels, not 1.
