"The first thing that greeted my wife and i was a pungent, cloying smell of mold and mildew that permeates the house. The shower curtain, floor rugs and towels were stained as if moldy. Ants everywhere. No apology from host. Avoid this place."

"This is a cute, quaint historic home near downtown Lee’s Summit. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit (Lake Jacomo, Winterset Park Nature Area, Greenwood antique stores and Kansas City) and everything we needed was provided. It was a great stay."

"Our room was clean, comfortable and when I let the staff know of an issue, they corrected it. A few electronics need to be replaced, blow dryer, iron, waffle maker(timer not working) There wasn’t enough batter for the waffle when we arrived at 8 am and only desk clerk to notify who was busy, so we didn’t. Our key cards had to be redone 3 times "
