"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful little cottage. Easy walking distance to quaint village. Very nicely decorated and everything was spotlessly clean. So quiet and peaceful. Washing machine and dryer are a bonus, especially if you’re on a longer trip as we were. Pam gave us some great tips. We would love to stay here again."

"This cottage was an ideal location to visit Mahone Bay and nearby Lunenburg as well as a center point for more wide distance exploring including Peggy’s Cove, Yarmouth, and Digby. The cottage has everything you need and is just the right size for 2 people. Enough storage for personal effects. I would definitely come back to The Hideaway for any future trips to Nova Scotia! Pam and David are great hosts and make sure you have everything you need!"
