Just that guests should be made aware of certain etiquettes, eg gym usage, showering before using the pool & unnecessary screams by the kids should be made aware to the parents so as not to be a bother for guests. If you are uaving a nice movktail in such a beautiful setting and then a child (acting like a brat) screams and the parents dont say anything, it is a bit uncultured & bit uncalled for. "It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!"
