"so under-rated! should be a 4-star, and an above-average one. Front desk can be more professional, staff speak little to no english, couldn't find my booking from Hotels.com and no breakfast as shown on Hotels.com. But everything from the room, the location and services are all SUPER NICE. Bed is kinda firm but hey it's China."

"The entrance was a bit hard to find and not much going on on that street. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The intercom number to the front desk was not marked anywhere in the room, be sure to ask when you check in to save a trip down the lobby in case if you might need anything. Oh and there was no lock on the bathroom and shower."

"The hotel told me they did not have a room for me because they were sold out. After a call from hotels.com things were straightened out and I was given a smaller room then what I paid for but I was happy to have a room. The room was very small and smelled of smoke. To walk to the other side of the bed you would have to walk sideways as there is not enough room."
