"This hotel is close to Heathrow airport and the staff is courteous and helpful. There is no free hotel shuttle to/from the airport, so you’ll have to manage that on your own. There is a paid shuttle that will take you there. In June 2024, it cost US$8.60 each way."

"Good place to stay although I had asked for a quiet room and later in the day/early evening I could hear planes taking off when the airport changed the take off runway to the one closest to the hotel. In future I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel. I still had a good night’s rest. Check in was easy, staff were helpful. We were going to use the airport bus that stops at the hotel but there was a transfer van looking for customers when we left early in the morning so we used it and paid the same price as the bus. I would stay here again. "

"I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. She was easily able to find her way there from Heathrow, and then could walk right out of the hotel and into one of the nicest areas in London. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!"

"We had a great stay and arrived to be told we had been selected as “VIP guests of the day” which was a nice surprise. We had a room upgrade and executive lounge access which was lovely. The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower heads, needed a clean, but the upgraded room view was amazing."
