"The building is in bad shape. When you get there it look a little scary but once you go in it is very clean. Being clean is the most important thing to me. The stove is dated and the bathroom door looks like it has a lot of water stains. The bathroom door does not close all of the way. But one last thing is that the apartment as very clean and comfortable. "

"We came into Ellsworth so we could have dinner at The Lost Kitchen. The apartment was perfect. My daughter and I even went downstairs and bought new outfits at Toko for our special night. All of the restaurants were within walking distance and wonderful places to eat. Close enough to Bar Harbor to visit, but we did not have to deal with the crowds."
