"Wonderful stay at this grand old hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Gave me some tooth care kits when I realised I'd forgotten my toothpaste. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable with everything I could possibly need. Only slight issue was the tv functionality wasn't great, a few channels didn't work and casting wasn't working at all, but nothing major. If you are here to see the sights of oxford it's perfectly positioned for walking, public transport, shops, even a cinema. Lots of restaurants very close and the Ashmoleum is directly opposite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you"

"Room was spacious and immaculately clean - generous facilities provided. The only snag was that although there was air on in the room, it did not have any impact - kept wondering whether it was working - the room was very hot all night. Nevertheless, the hotel was great value for the quality it offers and the service provided."
