"The cabin was very clean, very well stocked, the a/c worked wonderfully, the grill is a full size grill not a small one. The walk way to the boat is very nice and well lit up. The boat house is amazing - very spacious and well lit. It has a cleaning station for when you clean your fish. We used the firepit one night for s'mores. The boat launch was nice, we had no issues with putting our boat in the water or taking it out. There's plenty of parking. We had no issues with the truck / trailer. I would highly recommend this cabin. This was our first time on the north end of Toledo Bend, normally we hang out on the south end. Looking forward to going back."

"The outside lawn needed to be mowed and edged. Weeds needed to be pulled from the rose garden. A pool had a black torn tarp and was not available to use. A coke machine was out of order. The room itself was okay. Bed sheets clean. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The tile and grout needed to be scrubbed."

"We had the most Amazing time! The property was Perfect for our needs, a family get together with quite a few teenagers. The adjoining separate house was perfect for the "kids". The use of the kayaks and paddle boat was sooo much fun!! We made some amazing memories and will definitely be back!!"

"The property was even more beautiful than the listing. It really gave us the “cabin camping” experience we were looking for. Bonus points for allowing our sweet fur family members to tag along. It had a homey feel and a peaceful environment for the perfect family weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Very clean rooms the host was the host with the most i will rent again great house and great swimming area off the dock. So I called the host on Wednesday so I could book one more day and he made it happen. We helped the cleaning lady by washing the towels and blankets and mopped the floor for them I can not say enough good things about this property great docks,great swimming area,very quiet area we even left them our floats for the next people great screen in porch with a big fan and one on the lower patio and a great fire pit so please go stay bc I know I will again"
