"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! "So disappointed in this resort. We have been travelling Vietnam for awhile and decided to pay the extra money for a break in lower cost hotels and upgrade. Paid around $42 a night. They advertise wifi but it doesn’t work at all. I have never been to a place where the wifi was so terrible. The staff service was terrible and the breakfast provided was awful and unsanitary.
