"On arrival externally it is rather bleak but i found that the breakfast area and my room were sufficient for my needs, corridors etc somewhat dated and a lift that loves to open its doors several times when i would rather they shut. Staff were very nice and accommodating and the food decent. Although it seems a poached egg was out of the remit for one chef who murdered them twice. Offers to exchange were turned down as i don’t like waste but would prefer it done correctly first time. For working trip more than adequate."

The kitchen staff were on top of everything, cleaning tables and refreshing breakfast items. They all deserve major praise. That can't be an easy job. And they did it all with poise, service and smiles."
