I didn't do much in town, I arrived later in the evening after being in the park all day, and left early in the morning to spend the day in the park. Seemed like a nice area with everything close and convenient to walk to.

Depends on which side of the track you are staying. Serrano's Mexican restaurant was incredible- great food.
