"Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten House!"

"What a find!!! My husband and I researched many islands and many homes. We are so thankful we found this home. Ben and Jessica were amazing hosts. Home was as described, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Amazing views. Love, love. Love. Also, the little things,: the icepack in the freezer - to go in cooler they provided, candles, great beachchairs, plenty of pots, pans, salt, pepper and other seasoning, oil. Just perfect.
