"I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there."

"We booked online got there got 2 rooms and total horror, Prostitution heavy drug area. People hanging around rooms were aweful, there was blood on bed sheet, a big punch hole in Bathroom door as well as bathroom door in 3 separate parts one of the doors had big wide gap at bottom of door, could see through and any snake or critter could have slid in. "

DEFINITELY not in the best neighborhood, not clean at all, and they keep the ice chest outside, but if you're looking for something quick and cheap then this is your place, but don't walk around at night because it's definitely not safe"
