This resort is amazing, clean, well maintained and peaceful. The food is excellent!!! Staff are very kind and friendly particularly Ruben and Gabriela in the food and beverage department. Lots of diving options including free diving just crossing the reef at Chub Hole -be mindful of tricky currents and changing tides tho. This was our second vacation in this resort and we will be back soon.

Sunrise was beautiful. Overall food was good by really only 2 options for dining. Bar music should be more upbeat and tropical not so much Americanized. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff overall were helpful and friendly. Be sure to rent a car and see the island it was great to see all the hot spots on our time and not feel rushed. Island is very clean.

The Reef Beach Resort is located on the quiet east end of the island. The beach is nice, but the water for the first 100’ is a bit murky. The pools are nice and could use some updating. The rooms are nice and clean. Now the best part- The staff here is amazing! The food is some of the best we have had in the Caribbean and we have traveled extensively throughout many of the islands and different resorts. So if you want a peaceful place with amazing staff and great food- this is the place. I suggest getting the all inclusive package as food here is expensive.

We stayed here for a week in the 2 bedroom condo with our teenagers, we all loved this place! The food was amazing and the staff was super amazing. After a day, they get to know you and converse with you, remember your orders, etc. It is very quiet there. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! The only things we did not like: There is only one bar and it is not close to the big pool. They also do not have servers around the pool so you have to walk back and forth and the frozen drinks are halfway melted before you’re back and ice in the cups are melted. The big pool needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and frequently (still nice and used it everyday, don’t get me wrong). The resort next door has a built up of seaweed or something up around the beach and the smell was rough.. so we just stayed at the bigger pool further away from it.. They were working on getting it cleaned up though. Regardless of the 3 downfalls, we will be back in the Spring!!

This resort is great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Resort was clean and very pretty. It is on the East End so it was very quiet but easily driveable to the West End. Food was really good and drinks were good and strong!

The staff is amazing! They are all very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice with a great view. The food is delicious. There is only 1 restaurant and they have a different theme each night for dinner. Lunch is served at the bar outside and it's very windy so that doesn't work very well. They don't have much to do at the resort and really push the excursions. The good news is that there was never a fight for the pool or beach chairs.

The property so clean and so close to the water AMAZING views of the water from rooms, bar, and restaurants both inside and outside. No words for how awesome tye staff was. Best staff we ever encountered in any of our travels. So kind, helpful, and so hard working, and always smiling!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff overall. Only issue we had was the water on the East end completely different than the West end. Not the resorts fault at all, However if you are a huge sit on the beach and swim in the water type I would not recommend this east side of the island. The west side is crystal clear clean water with white sand beach . The difference is night and day. But if you are looking for quiet and a more natural island experience I would definitely recommend The Reef Resort. Or rent a car and drive back and forth to get both aspects of the island. However, keep in mind its 1 hour drive each and they drive on the opposite side of the road then Americans, so you would need to be able to adapt to both of those issues

We loved the murphy beds-how awesome to have this extra sleeping space. We weren't expecting this from the Expedia website. We did almost every activity on the resort. We won at trivia! We played pickleball, experienced snorkeling, paddle boarded and kayaked twice. Tried snorking poolside. We enjoyed the magic show. By far we loved the poker!! Of all the staff, we remember and enjoyed this young man the most!! He also hosted many resort events. Although we don't sing, we loved karaoke night. I wear the bracelet weekly from the jewelry making event. My husband is a smoker; he absolutely appreciated the smoking area with the best views of the beach and close proximity to the bar. We are grandparents and traveled with our two grandsons, we range from 12 to 75 years. There were several families that were multi-generational. We did swim with the stingrays that included snorking, toured the caves, and swam with the iridescent fish. By far the favorite was the stingray/snorking trip. We got around by taxis, a bit expensive but I didn't want to rent a car and drive on the other side of the road. Taxi drivers are very accommodating to visitors. Last but not least the food was amazing, we had the all-inclusive plan. No upgrade to this plan is needed. Every single meal was very delicious!

The property location was spectacular. Beachfront property rooms were decent clean and all faced to the ocean. They were beautiful. Not much food selections to choose from. As being a younger family, the guests were much more older in age. Much slower resort.

The chickens pestered guests on the beach begging for food and the roosters made a loud racquet through out the night and early morning. Also the pools were so cold you couldn’t swim and the ocean was too rough with rocky bottom, cutting up your feet and scraping your legs. Everything else was great, food, staff, room, etc. very clean and well managed resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort has everything you need. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was good, beach loungers were plenty. The beach is nice, Seven Mile Beach is a tad bit nicer, but you can always take a day trip there. There is a grocery store right across the street if you need anything. The resort is definitely off the beaten path, so if you want to stray away from the crowd I highly recommend.
