He made it very special and personalized just by chatting with him and making a sweet King Keegan note on room key envelope for our King sweet. Just made the check in process a very pleasant one. He made an 8 year olds visit feel special and with a sprinkle of magic. We will be back for his bday in September and hope to see Elias again!! "
